After you fill out this Booking Request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the booking is completed. We will get back to you ASAP with a response/confirmation.

There are a few things you should know before booking:

- Area for set up must be flat, dry and clear prior to our arrival
- We can't set up outdoors if there are chances of raining on event date, therefore; make sure there is a covered area with enough space for package selected as a plan B
- Outdoors set up must be a shaded area for children's safety
- Standard Hire Period is 4 hours from set up to collection, so If you need to hire for longer, let us know on "Additional requests or/and information'

- Delivery fees may apply.
